This website, aispg.ai, is published by Ali Aqel, the creator and owner of AISPG™ (Artificial Intelligence Security & Policy Governance), and is administered on his behalf under licence by Blue Sentinel AI, Inc., 2810 N Church St #131596, Wilmington, DE 19802-4447, United States. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Ali Aqel and Blue Sentinel AI, Inc. acting as his licensed administrator.

The site describes the AISPG™ framework, its architectural concepts and related public research for information only.

AISPG™ is an independently owned governance framework. It is not a governmental regulator, a standards body, or an accredited certification or audit body, and nothing on this site is a certification, attestation, audit opinion, or statement that any organization or product is compliant with any law, regulation or standard.

Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory, security, financial or other professional advice. Decisions about your systems and obligations should be made with qualified advisers who know your circumstances.

The AISPG™ framework and all content on this site — including text, frameworks, models, taxonomies, diagrams, white papers, films, images, page design and code — are owned by Ali Aqel or used under licence, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. • View and read the site, and watch the films, for your own information or your organization’s internal evaluation.
• Download the public white papers for your own reading and share links to them.
• Quote short passages for commentary, review or research, with clear attribution to “AISPG™, Ali Aqel (aispg.ai)” and a link to the source.

• Copy, republish, sell, sublicense or redistribute the framework, its content or the films, in whole or substantial part.
• Create derivative frameworks, products, services, training courses, certifications or assessments based on AISPG™, or present work as “AISPG”, “AISPG-aligned”, “AISPG-certified” or similar.
• Use the AISPG™ name or other marks in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, certification or affiliation.
• Use site content to train, fine-tune or evaluate artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models, or collect it with automated tools (scraping, crawling beyond normal search indexing, or bulk download).
• Interfere with the site’s security or operation, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorization, or attempt to bypass any access control.

Requesting material through the Engage form does not create any licence, partnership or obligation to release documents. Non-public material is released only at our discretion and may be subject to a separate confidentiality or licence agreement, which will govern that material.

Please do not send confidential, sensitive or regulated information through the website or by unsolicited email. Unsolicited ideas or materials you send are not treated as confidential, and sending them does not restrict our own independent work.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

We may update these terms or the site at any time. The effective date above shows when the terms last changed; continued use means you accept the current version. We may suspend access to the site for anyone who breaches these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief to protect intellectual property in any court of competent jurisdiction.
